What is the standard production time?

  • After artwork approval the standard production time is 2-3 weeks. Delivery schedules are based on manufacturer's requirements, and shipping via UPS Ground Service. However, you may choose another shipping option for faster delivery.
  • Additionally, we have many factories that offer a 24-hours production schedule. Many times this special service is free of charge. However, occassionally there is an extra service charge for this option.

Can I ship my order to multiple locations?

  • Yes. Some factories charge a small fee for this service and others do not.

What is the minimum order quantity?

  • Apparel: 12 pieces is the minimum order quantity. However, 6+ pieces can be ordered with a small Less Than Minimum Fee.
  • Promotional Products: Minimum order quantities for these items vary by product. Please refer to individual product detail pages.
  • Custom Products: Minimum order quantities for these items vary by product. When you are considering a custom product, give yourself plenty of time, as some products require more than 120 days.

What charges/requirements are associated with my order?

  • For apparel with embroidery:

    Digitizing charge: $75.00
    Packaging: Pricing includes individual fold and poly-bag
    Lettering: Must be 1/4" or greater in height to be legible
    Colors: Up to 9 colors per location

  • For apparel with screen printing:

    Screen charge: $40.00 per color / per location
    Colors: Up to 7 colors per location

  • For promotional products:

    Screen charge: Vary by product and factory.

What are the payment options?

  • You can use any major credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express). All new customers are required to pay a 50% deposit on their first order. Net 30 Terms are available.

What file format is best for my artwork?

  • To make the decoration process as fast and efficient as possible, we prefer artwork to be submitted in a usable vector format:
    • Adobe Illustrator .EPS or .AI files are best.
